Chris Hand joined ACC Management Group as a Partner and Director of Operations in 2016 and became President and Owner in 2018. Chris provides leadership and oversight of all ACC Management Group operations. He works closely with ACC’s Leadership Team, Regional Property Managers, and corporate staff to maximize returns for clients and to provide extraordinary living experiences for residents. In the twelve years prior to ACC, Chris held the positions of Director of Affordable Housing, Director of Business Development, and Executive Team member of a Wisconsin-based property management company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Chris resides in Oshkosh, WI with his wife Heather and their three children.

Heather Hand joined ACC as a Regional Manager, became Director of Property Management in 2018, transitioned to Vice President in 2021, and is the current Chairwoman of the Board as of 2024. Heather’s focus on team development, maximizing use of property management software, and standardization of procedures are foundational to ACC’s Success. With her Accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, she got her start as a property accountant at a Wisconsin-based property management company. She eventually transitioned to Regional Manager and then Director of Property Management overseeing market-rate and affordable multi-family housing, condominiums, and resorts throughout southcentral Wisconsin. Additionally, she was a multi-state Regional Manager for a nationally recognized developer and property management company.

Josh Pluer joined ACC in 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Operations. Josh supports much of the leadership team including several Regional Vice Presidents, the Director of Facilities, the Director of Systems and Team Development, and the Director of Initial Operations. Alongside the President, Josh helps to set the strategy, goals, and objectives for the organization while working collaboratively with all clients, department heads and local partners. Josh has worked in the affordable housing space for nearly twenty years. As a former Regional Director of Property Management, Josh led the strategic operation of a multi-state RAD/Public Housing portfolio, with a focus on social service agency and housing authority partnerships. His team included Project Specialists, Area Managers, Relocation Specialists and Resident Service Coordinators. Prior to directing operations, Josh developed and implemented various training programs and teams to help transition national management

Jason Britten joined ACC in 2019 as Regional Manager and elevated to Regional Vice President in 2021. His portfolio covers most of the state of Wisconsin. Jason provides leadership and support to a team of Regional and Area Managers, to ensure high performance and exceptional results for our owners and residents. Jason has worked in multi-family housing for twenty-five years in various roles including Maintenance Technician, Community Manager, and Area Manager. Jason’s primary focus in the leadership role is team and individual staff development. Additionally, he believes that the development of clear and concise policies and procedures is essential to the success of people and the company. He works to bring a calm and focused presence to any project. Jason earned a B.A. in Philosophy from UW-Milwaukee. He also is licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin and has a COS designation. Jason and his wife Casey raised 2 children and live in Appleton, WI with 4 cats,

Missy Borst was appointed as ACC Management Group's third Regional Vice President in 2023, bringing over two decades of experience in affordable housing property management. With a background starting as a caretaker and progressing through roles such as Community Manager, Multi-site Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager, Missy has a proven track record of fostering positive work environments where employees excel. Her expertise includes a deep understanding of Section 8, Tax Credit, and REAC preparation and organization, which will be invaluable in her management of the Northern and West/Central Wisconsin portfolio. Missy lives in Minong, WI with her husband and enjoys spending time with her five children and two grandchildren.

Greg Lamas has worked in multi-family housing property management for over twenty years, both in the market-rate sector and most recently, he has spent the last decade working in the nonprofit world, managing affordable housing. As a former Director of Property Management, Greg has managed multiple portfolios across three states in the upper Midwest serving seniors, families, disability-focused housing, supportive households, and many other vulnerable populations for whom affordable housing is so vital. Greg has a solid background in property management, operations, and directly managing a team of Regional Managers working primarily with both Section 8 and Tax Credit sites across these wide geographies. Prior to working as a Director, Greg worked as Regional Manager of both Housing and Services, focusing on directing portfolio property operations while also managing a team of Services Coordinators and Youth Program Specialists who worked together to meet resident needs through direc

Jonathon has worked in the multifamily industry for over 12 years, predominantly within the vast affordable housing space (e.g., LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, 811-PRAC, PBRA, etc.) as he believes in providing quality housing to underserved populations to help end homelessness. He has worked his way up within the industry in a multitude of environments; stable operations, to working at distressed projects, to lease-ups (new construction, historic rehab, RAD Conversions) and pre-development work, as well as corporate oversight. Jonathon graduated with honors from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, and currently holds CAM, CAPS, HCCP, and HCS designations as well as a MI Real Estate license. When he is not at work, you can catch him traveling to explore new areas – or relaxing and watching the ball game.

Dewayne Pohl has over 35 years of management experience across multiple industries with the majority in real estate, including over 25 years as a licensed real estate broker. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) from the National Realtors Association and the Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification from the National Center for Housing Management. His extensive background in facilities is critical to ACC’s property management operations. As part of the executive management team, Dewayne oversees facilities management throughout the portfolio, including site inspections, preventative maintenance, capital expenditure coordination, and vendor negotiation. He is highly involved in all investor, state, and federal property inspections including REAC, WHEDA, and IHDA. With his broad background in property management and logical approach to operations, Dewayne often provides valuable cost-saving feedback to developers during the design stage of each development.

Joy De La Cruz joined ACC Management Group, Inc. stepping into the Compliance Manager role in 2021 and transitioned to her current role as Director of Compliance in 2023. Joy takes pride in bringing order to complexity through her collaborative work with the leadership team and her exceptional organizational skills. Prior to her time with ACC, Joy began her career as an Assistant Property Manager, which paved the way for her progression into Property Manager, Compliance Specialist, Operations Specialist, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. Her hands-on experience in various property management positions provides her with valuable insights into process improvements and organizational efficiency.

Stacie Mitchler joined ACC Management Group in May 2019 as Accounting Manager and was promoted to Controller in August 2022. With dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Accounting, Stacie brings a strong foundation in both financial management and strategic planning. Prior to joining ACC, Stacie gained valuable experience working at a global manufacturing company. In her current role, Stacie oversees the accounting team and plays a key role in reviewing and preparing corporate financial statements, ensuring the company's financial health, contributing to the organization’s strategic initiatives, as well as ensuring financial compliance.

Lori joined ACC in 2018 and currently holds the position of Director of Systems & Team Development. Lori’s focus is on maximizing the use of the property management software, as well as providing software support and training to the ACC team. Lori has 33+ years of property management experience as an Asset Manager, Regional Manager, Training Director, and Property Manager in both the Wisconsin and Florida markets. Lori formerly served on the Real Estate Advisory Board at Madison College. While residing in Florida, Lori held both a Florida Real Estate License and Florida Condominium Association Management License.

Jayme Roberts joined ACC in August of 2021 as the Human Resources Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and general management. Her expertise has been instrumental in strengthening and advancing ACC's HR department. Known for her strong organizational skills and approachable leadership style, Jayme is committed to addressing the needs of both employees and the business. In 2024, Jayme was promoted to Director of Human Resources, where she assumes a more strategic role in aligning and driving ACC’s key initiatives. She also leads the organization’s leadership development efforts, further enhancing the company's talent and organizational growth.
