As the Lease-Up Assistant Community Manager, you will work alongside the Property Manager to facilitate the leasing process, from start to finish; presenting our apartment community in an energetic & friendly manner, building relationships and creating excitement. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong sales and customer service, be technology and marketing savvy, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.

The site, based in Sheboygan, WI , will be the future home of an expansive community boasting 240 units consisting of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms.

Duties include showing apartments, marketing, posting available apartments for rent on social media accounts, filing and answering phones. Saturdays will be required up front as we work to fill the vacancies.

Here's some of what you’ll be doing as an Lease-Up Assistant Community Manager:

· Highlight community property features and amenities to all prospects Encourage a positive resident experience and drive sense of community within your property
· Answer questions for all prospects and potential applicants
· Maintain resident relations by greeting and helping with all need, questions and complaints
· Coordinate lease paperwork for move ins/move outs
· Document and report all resident correspondence and accident/emergency situations
· Recommend and assist with marketing efforts to develop creative strategies for implementation.

What you’ll bring to the table:

· High school diploma or equivalent required
Lease up experience/experience managing a high volume of work Property management experience required
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, which could include Saturdays or later hours as needed
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required
· Previous customer service experience required; leasing or property management experience preferred
