As a part-time Property Manager, you are one of the first faces a potential prospect or resident meets when they come home. For you, it’s not just a job – it’s a career and you understand for our residents, it’s not just an apartment – it’s their home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.

Our part-time Property Manager will become an integral part of someone’s journey in finding their new home. You will provide excellent customer service, manage the application process, and most importantly, maintain the ACC experience.

This 24 hours per week position will be based in Ashwaubenon, WI at a consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes.

Some duties for the Property Manager will include showing apartments, marketing, posting available apartments for rent on social media accounts, filing and answering phones.

Some of what you’ll be doing as a Property Manager:

· Highlight community property features and amenities to all prospects
· Answer questions for all prospects and potential applicants
· Maintain resident relations by greeting and helping with all need, questions and complaints
· Coordinate lease paperwork for move ins/move outs
· Document and report all resident correspondence and accident/emergency situations
· Recommend and assist with marketing efforts to develop creative strategies for implementation

What you’ll bring to the table:

· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, which could include Saturdays or later hours as needed
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required
· Previous customer service experience required; leasing or property management experience preferred
