Job Description:

ACC Management Group has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day duties of an already established site in Little Chute, WI as well as the pre-leasing, leasing and property management of a new apartment community in downtown Appleton, WI! This new community will be a unique blend of historic and new apartment living. The Little Chute community is a senior (55 and older) Section 42 community; the community in Appleton is a tax credit family site. Due to this, experience in tax credit/Section 42 will be required.


Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: showing apartments, lease signings, responding to tenants concerns, rent collections, application processing and answering questions with superior customer service all while ensuring top notch curb appeal. This position is paperwork intensive and requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritize while remaining focused on the big picture.

Some of what you’ll be doing as a Property Manager:
• Highlight community property features and amenities to all prospects
• Answer questions for all prospects and potential applicants
• Maintain resident relations by greeting and helping with all need, questions and complaints
• Coordinate lease paperwork for move ins/move outs
• Document and report all resident correspondence and accident/emergency situations
• Recommend and assist with marketing efforts to develop creative strategies for implementation


What you’ll bring to the table:
• Section 42 tax credit experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which could include Saturdays or later hours as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required
• Previous customer service experience required; leasing or lease up/property management experience preferred
